Dear JYBA member,
As the weather changes and Basketball begins, we also run into weather related changes to schedules. Often these occur at the "last minute", and it is difficult to get the word out in a timely manner. While I update the web site (
http://www.Jacksonbasketball.com ) as quickly as possible, it is often not possible for you to be aware of these changes unless you continually check the web site.In an effort to notify everyone as quickly as possible, I would like to put together a contact list so I can e-mail all of you as soon as I receive notification of these changes. I could also notify everyone (that is interested) on upcoming events, and additions to the web site.
Please note there are now multiple groups. They are as follows:
Time changes (everyone is part of this group)
Updates (all JYBA info / announcements)
High School Varsity and JV
Varsity only
JV only
Freshman
Middle School
Middle School Gold Teams
Middle School Purple Teams
Youth Leagues (all youth leagues)
Varsity youth leagues
JV youth league
Rookie League
Little Netters League
Kindergarten League
Travel Teams (all Travel Teams)
3rd Grade Travel
4th Grade Travel
5th Grade Travel
6th Grade Travel
If you are interested in participating, please send an e-mail to rurdy2rk@msn.com , and I will "add" you to the contact list(s) of your choice. In the e-mail, please indicate which groups you would like to be a member of. Once you are a member of one of a group, you can always request to cancel or change.
Example – In the body of the e-mail you can simply type "schedule changes" and "Middle School", or "Little Netters League".
As always, I am "open" to any comments or suggestions on the web site. Please continue to send pictures, etc. for posting!!
